Flex Ed charges hospitals a flat monthly fee, and in return provides flexible times for classes. Member hospitals may also utilize Flex Ed to teach specific classes at their facility at a discounted rate (not part of a regular monthly contract).

With over 40 contracted hospitals located throughout Southern California and Nevada, employees of a Flex Ed contracted hospital may attend any advertised course at any location. The employees of hospitals contracted with Flex Ed will have the benefit of no tuition fees for courses. Contract hospital staff will pay only for books and materials if needed for the course.
