The Executive Compensation Survey identifies executive hospital pay on 12 positions within single and multiple facilities and systems throughout California. The comprehensive report includes data from facilities reporting on base compensation, incentive and deferred compensation, and benefits. Data are reported by facility size, number of beds, number of employees and geographic regions.
In addition to receiving a comprehensive Annual Report, participants can also order 1 or more Custom Reports comparing their hospital to a peer group, which they select from among the participating hospitals.
