Data is reported by facility size, number of beds, number of employees and geographic regions. Survey participants may also order a Custom Report which compares their hospital to a custom peer group. All data is reported in aggregate.
The Management Compensation Survey collects information on current management pay levels and practices in the California hospital industry. A comprehensive Annual Report provides data on average annual salary, salary range, annual bonus and total cash compensation, as well as incentive/bonus plan design, management perquisites and alternative rewards programs. Data is reported by facility size, number of beds, number of employees and local geographic areas. The Nonmanagement Compensation and Employee Benefits Survey collects data on non-management pay levels and practices in the California hospital industry. A comprehensive Annual Report includes data on base hourly rates, salary range, per diem rates, specialty pay, and weekend and shift differentials as well as signing, referral, and relocation bonuses are highlighted in this report. The Employee Benefits section features common benefits design elements for medical plan types, average, medical and dental monthly premium rates medical and dental employee contribution, and retirement. Survey participants may also order a Custom Report which compares their hospital to a custom peer group. All data is reported in aggregate.
The Hot Jobs Survey is designed to provide participants with more timely information on difficult-to-fill, market-sensitive hospital jobs. Data is collected two times a year on hourly rates, salary ranges, per diem and shift differential on 18 health care jobs. All data is reported in aggregate.
The HR Metrics Survey is a comprehensive data source designed to assist in making strategic decisions.The report includes turnover, vacancy, workforce planning and human resources metrics data. Data is reported by full-time equivalent and headcount. Survey participants can optionally order an Individual Facility Report comparing their hospital to all participating hospitals.
