Outpatient Fees Hiked at Los Angeles County Facilities

On Tuesday, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a 5% increase to outpatient fees at county-operated health care facilities effective Feb. 1. County officials say the fee hike is needed to cover the county's costs.
