The Northern California counties have been grouped into areas believed to have comparable local labor markets:
Area 1 (Butte, Colusa, Plumas, Siskiyou, Humboldt, Glenn, Plumas, Lassen, Shasta, Tehama Modoc, Del Norte, Trinity, Sierra)
Area 2 (Napa, Lake, Mendocino, Sonoma)
Area 3 (Alameda, Solano, Contra Costa)
Area 4 (San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin)
Area 6 (Kings, Kern, Fresno, Madera, Tulare, Mono, Merced, Inyo, San Luis Obispo)
Area 7 (Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Sutter,Calaveras, El Dorado, Yuba, Tuolumne, Amador, Yolo, Nevada)
Data submission and report access for hospitals owned by major systems are determined by their corporate office. Allied for Health will contact and coordinate with corporate offices the data submission and report access privileges for individual hospitals owned by the following corporations: Adventist Health, Catholic Health West, Daughters of Charity, Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles County, Scripps Health, Sharp Healthcare or Tenet Healthcare Corporation.
Yes, however, there will be an additional cost of $50 for data entry. Participants are encouraged to submit the data electronically in order to reduce data entry errors and tighten the turnaround time of the reports.
Allied for Health follows the guidelines issued by the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. These guidelines, which attempt to assure that the Survey will not be used with anti-competitive intent, provide the basis for our data sufficiency determination.
Based on these guidelines, we:
* Do not provide projections of expected future range movement.
* Refrain from displaying any range data breakout that consists of less than five facilities
* Do not display any data from individual organizations so that all data remains confidential
* Do not report data that is older than three months
Nothing in any of the Allied for Health surveys constitutes legal advice and Allied for Health assumes no responsibility (legal or otherwise) for the outcome of decisions, contracts, commitments, or other obligations/outcomes made on the bases of these surveys. Allied for Health also assumes no responsibility for the use or misuse of these surveys by anyone, including survey participants or other participants or other parties or individuals who obtain information from the surveys.
Only participating CHA member hospitals receive access via to the report(s). Non-participating CHA members may be eligible to purchase a report at the non-participant rate. Consultants, union officials and other interested parties are not eligible to purchase or access the surveys.
